We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, manage manpower, and ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Manage and allocate manpower efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production output, productivity, and product quality.
- Minimize rejection, rework, downtime, and material wastage.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and other departments to resolve production issues.
- Maintain daily production reports and shift handover records.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.




- Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and operational performance.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Good leadership and manpower management skills.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and shop-floor operations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.
