Job Summary

NASSA POLYMERS is looking for enthusiastic and responsible candidates to join our team as Quality & Production In-Charge. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting day-to-day production activities, quality monitoring, and ensuring that products are manufactured as per defined quality and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specified requirements.
- Perform basic quality inspection and identify defects/non-conformities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other departments.
- Ensure proper adherence to work instructions, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Maintain production and quality-related records and reports.
- Support problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the work area.
- Escalate production and quality issues to the concerned supervisor/management.

Candidate Requirements

Education:



Any Degree / Diploma. Experience:Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Basic knowledge of Production and Quality.
- Good analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Good IQ & learning ability and willingness to learn.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tamil and English language knowledge is required.
- Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be disciplined, responsible and willing to work in shift as part of a team.

Salary & Perks

- Salary: Up to ₹24,000 per month, including statutory benefits, depending on qualification and experience.
- Yearly Bonus will be provided after successful completion of one year, as per company policy.
