Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented PPC professional to manage production planning, batch scheduling, material planning, and coordination with our manufacturing plant in Palghar. The role is based at our Head Office in Goregaon, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Coordinate production schedules with the Palghar manufacturing plant.
- Plan batch manufacturing and packing as per priorities and timelines.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, QA, QC, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Monitor planned vs. actual production and follow up on pending batches.
- Track batch completion, production status, and dispatch readiness.
- Maintain PPC reports, production schedules, and MIS.




- Identify production delays and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure planning aligns with GMP and quality requirements.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate/Diploma in Production, Operations, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in PPC.
- Experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG, or Pharma manufacturing preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, and production planning.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and analytical skills.

Location: Head Office, Goregaon, Mumbai Regular coordination with the Palghar manufacturing plant; plant visits may be required. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
