- 7–15 years of relevant experience in skincare, haircare, cosmetics, personal care manufacturing, or production operations.
- Experience in production planning, factory coordination, procurement, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of product packaging, product development, and manufacturing processes.
- Awareness of dermatology-related product trends, market developments, and current technologies.
