Responsibilities :
- Carry out daily production activities as per approved SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with process parameters.
- Operate production equipment as per SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Maintain production records, logbooks, and GMP documentation.
- Follow cGMP, Valuable Documentation Practices (GDP), and EHS requirements.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse for smooth production operations.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, equipment cleanliness, and material identification.
- Report process deviations, equipment breakdowns, and safety issues to the supervisor.
- Support audits, investigations, CAPA, and other quality-related activities.
