Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, responsible for overseeing end-to-end production activities for FBD Cleaning’s product portfolio. This role manages daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to meet quality and volume targets.

The Production

Manager supervises production staff, ensures adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures, and coordinates with procurement and warehouse teams for raw material and finished goods management. The role involves monitoring equipment performance, resolving operational issues, maintaining production records, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Manager also collaborates with management on capacity planning, regulatory compliance, and meeting delivery timelines for bulk and B2B orders.

Qualifications

- Experience in production management, preferably in FMCG, chemicals, or cleaning products manufacturing, with strong skills in production planning and workflow coordination.
- Knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and basic regulatory requirements related to manufacturing and handling of cleaning or chemical products.
- Ability to lead and supervise on-site production teams, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and training to maintain productivity and discipline.
- Skills in inventory and materials management, including coordination with procurement and logistics for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for equipment, process, and scheduling issues, with a focus on continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with leadership, suppliers, and internal departments, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, production tracking tools); familiarity with ERP or manufacturing software is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Production, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
- Willingness to work in office in Faridabad, with a hands-on approach to shop-floor management and adherence to health, safety, and environmental practices
