Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage dairy production operations to ensure efficient plant operations, quality control, and food safety compliance.

- Oversee product development, including recent product launches and process improvements.

- Develop and implement effective production plans to meet customer demands while minimizing waste and optimizing resources.

- Ensure adherence to GMP guidelines, HACCP principles, QA standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through innovation and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-13 years of experience in dairy production management or related field (food processing).

- Strong understanding of dairy products, dairy technology, food processing techniques, and quality assurance practices.

- Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial dairy operations with multiple shifts.
