Gaur Art & Handicraft is urgently looking for an experienced Production / Machine Shop Supervisor to manage day-to-day production and machine shop operations in our furniture factory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production and machine shop activities.
- Manage manpower and allocate work according to production requirements.
- Monitor production targets, quality, and timelines.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth production flow.
- Ensure proper machine utilization and workplace discipline.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues.
- Maintain safety and quality standards on the shop floor.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a furniture factory/manufacturing unit.
- Experience in production and machine shop operations preferred.
- Good knowledge of production processes and manpower handling.
- Robust supervision and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under production deadlines.
