Hiring: Production Head – Rubber Manufacturing

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Experience: More than 15 years, including 3–5 years in production leadership

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead plant setup, machine commissioning, production, and quality control.
- Manage rubber mixing, calendering, compounding, and belting processes.
- Drive production planning, process improvement, and rejection/wastage reduction.
- Manage shopfloor teams, maintenance coordination, SOPs, and safety compliance.
- Monitor production KPIs, material utilisation, and customer complaints.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in rubber sheeting, belting, or similar flat rubber products. Roller manufacturing alone is not suitable.
- Practical knowledge of rubber mixing, calendaring, and internal mixers.
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Rubber Technology, Polymer, or Chemical Engineering.
- Solid production leadership and plant operations experience.
