Production Incharge – Printing & Manufacturing

Role Summary

We are looking for a Production Incharge responsible for independently managing shop-floor operations, achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, controlling wastage, and ensuring timely completion of jobs as per production plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor daily production as per job priority and schedule.
- Supervise printing, binding, finishing, and packing operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to job cards, approved samples, specifications, and SOPs.
- Manage manpower, machines, materials, and production resources effectively.
- Monitor production targets, productivity, quality, wastage, rework, and rejection.
- Ensure smooth WIP movement and timely completion of production jobs.
- Coordinate with CTP, Pre-Press, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, Accounts, and Dispatch.
- Resolve production bottlenecks and minimize machine downtime and delays.




- Maintain daily production records and submit performance reports to management.
- Enforce discipline, safety, housekeeping, and process compliance on the shop floor.
- Lead production staff and ensure accountability for assigned targets.

Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in printing, publishing, packaging, or manufacturing.
- Diploma/Degree in Printing Technology, Production, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of printing and post-press processes.
- Proven ability to handle manpower, production targets, quality, and deadlines.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

Key Focus: Production Target Quality Productivity Wastage Control Manpower Timely Delivery Shop-Floor Discipline Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
