KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitor and control day-to-day production activities to achieve planned production targets.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures, with particular attention to electrical systems.

- Analyze production parameters and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and efficiency.

- Identify process bottlenecks, especially those linked to electrical/power systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Utility, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth plant operations.

- Monitor equipment performance and support preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical drives, motors, and panels.





- Prepare production reports, shift reports, and operational MIS.

- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and utilities.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production losses, process deviations, and electrical equipment issues.

- Implement SOPs, work instructions, and best operational practices.

- Participate in commissioning, startup, shutdown, and troubleshooting activities.

- Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, OEE improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
