About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering graduate to join our team as a Production Analyst. This role is ideal for fresher’s who are interested in building a career in production operations, manufacturing analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production activities, preparing reports, analyzing operational data, and supporting the production team in improving efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze daily production activities and performance.
- Prepare and maintain production reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Track production data and provide regular operational reports.
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve production-related issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards,



safety procedures, and operational processes.
- Support management with data-based insights for better decision-making.
- Visit client locations when required for operational purposes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresher’s are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of production or manufacturing processes.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with data, reports, and documentation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Excel formulas, data entry, and reporting.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and production operations.
- Familiarity with data management or reporting tools is an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate A candidate who is analytical, proactive, willing to learn, and interested in developing a career in production and manufacturing operations. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
