About the Company:
A US-based medical device manufacturing company in Chennai is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our core Manufacturing Team.
& Responsibilities:
- Component & Circuit Knowledge: Demonstrate basic knowledge of electronic components, PCB assemblies, and the ability to interpret electronic circuits, circuit diagrams, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
- Manufacturing & Soldering: Show a solid willingness to learn manual soldering (SMD & Through-Hole) and standard SMT manufacturing processes.
- Production Support: Actively support PCB assembly, testing, quality inspection,
and troubleshooting activities on the shop floor.
- Standards & Compliance: Gain a basic understanding of IPC-A-610 workmanship standards, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling, and quality requirements specific to medical device manufacturing.
- Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate production documentation, reports, and manufacturing records.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Freshers or early-career professionals (0 to 1 year) with a solid academic background in ECE or EEE.
- Strong interest in hands-on manufacturing, PCB assembly, testing, and quality processes.
- Excellent learning attitude, problem-solving mindset, and teamwork skills.
