KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage day-to-day production operations and achieve planned targets
- Plan production activities based on schedules, manpower, machinery and material availability
- Supervise and guide production engineers, supervisors and shop-floor teams
- Manage manpower allocation and improve shop-floor productivity
- Monitor production output, cycle time, efficiency and delivery schedules
- Read and interpret engineering, fabrication and assembly drawings
- Coordinate with Design, Fabrication, Assembly, Quality, Stores, Purchase and Maintenance teams
- Ensure smooth execution of fabrication, machining and assembly operations
- Identify production bottlenecks, delays and process issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure dimensional accuracy, fit-up, welding quality and assembly standards
- Reduce rejection, rework, material wastage and production downtime
- Monitor and maintain daily/weekly production reports and MIS




- Support timely dispatch and completion of projects as per customer requirements

PREFERRED CANDIDATE

- Candidates with strong hands-on leadership experience in heavy engineering, Industrial equipment or fabrication will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
