Key Responsibilities

- Production Planning &
- Execution:

Plan, organize, and closely monitor daily shop-floor processes to consistently meet manufacturing schedules and quality targets.

- Shop-Floor Supervision &

- SOPs:

Supervise machine operators and production staff; draft, implement, and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

- CNC Machine Operation: Oversee CNC machine setup, operation, and safe handling practices on the floor.

- Process Improvement &

- Waste Reduction:

Analyze daily production performance to identify bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and implement continuous process improvement strategies.

- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate closely with Quality Control and Maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and resolve production issues promptly.

Job Requirements





- Education: DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering) or B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production workplace.

- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with production planning, shop-floor supervision, CNC machine operations, SOP drafting, waste reduction, and analytical problem-solving.
