Monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.

Ensure smooth operation of wheel manufacturing processes.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments to ensure uninterrupted production.

Monitor production output, rejection rates, and machine downtime.

Ensure product quality as per defined standards and specifications.

Identify production issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Maintain daily production reports, shift reports, and other production records.

Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, tools, and raw materials.

Follow safety guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and 5S practices on the shop floor.

Support productivity improvement and rejection reduction initiatives.

Coordinate with production supervisors and operators to achieve daily targets.

Assist in implementing process improvements to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.





Ensure proper handling of materials and adherence to workplace safety standards.

Monitor machine performance and report maintenance requirements to the Maintenance Department.

Requirements

B.tech/Diploma Mechenical Experience 2-5 years

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Production planning and shop-floor management.

Knowledge of quality standards and rejection control.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Knowledge of 5S, and continuous improvement.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

Maintaining daily production, rejection, rework etc.Reports.
