Key Responsibilities Production/Factory Manager
- Manage daily production planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Handle injection molding machines and monitor machine performance.
- Ensure product quality, production targets, and timely dispatch.
- Manage manpower, shifts, and workforce productivity.
- Monitor raw materials, inventory, and production wastage.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain safety standards and factory discipline.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Store, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
- Track production costs and implement process improvements.
- Ensure manufacturing targets are achieved efficiently.
