Role Description The Production and Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end production processes and ensuring that all parking systems meet established quality standards. This full time, on-site role based in Noida includes planning and scheduling production activities, managing resources, and coordinating with design, engineering, and installation teams to meet project timelines.

The role involves implementing and monitoring quality control procedures, conducting inspections and tests, and ensuring compliance with ISO and internal quality guidelines. The Production and Quality Manager will analyze production data, identify process improvements,



and drive efficiency, safety, and cost optimization on the shop floor. The role also includes vendor and material coordination, documentation of quality metrics, and collaboration with management to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong production management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Experience in quality assurance and control, including inspections, testing, documentation, and adherence to ISO or similar standards.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, mechanical or industrial engineering principles, and familiarity with automation or electro-mechanical systems.
- Ability to analyze data, identify root causes of issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in using production and quality management tools or software (e.g., ERP, MES, quality reporting systems).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities, with attention to detail and safety compliance.
- Effective communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field; relevant industry experience in manufacturing or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
