Role Description The Production Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Production

Assistant supports day-to-day production activities, including coordinating workflow on the shop floor, tracking order progress, and assisting with scheduling to ensure timely completion of garments.

Responsibilities include monitoring production quality against standards, preparing and updating production reports, and supporting communication between production, quality, and merchandising teams. The role also involves handling basic customer or buyer-related queries in coordination with senior staff, maintaining accurate documentation,



and assisting in resolving production issues to meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Production Assistance skills, including coordination, planning, and basic understanding of garment manufacturing processes.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to monitor products, identify defects, and ensure adherence to established standards.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support communication with clients or internal stakeholders and respond to queries professionally.
- Candidates should possess Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with production staff, supervisors, and cross-functional departments.
- Candidates should possess basic Editing and documentation skills for maintaining records, updating production reports, and reviewing data for accuracy.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in textiles, fashion technology, production, or a related field are beneficial.
