PRODUCTIONAssistant Manager - Production (Fabrication & Welding) Location: Faridabad
Role Hands-on production professional to independently run a small fabrication unit (stainless steel), ensuring quality, output, and timely dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day shopfloor operations
- Supervise fabrication, TIG/MIG welding, and finishing
- Plan production and meet delivery schedules
- Maintain quality (weld finish, polishing standards)
- Handle workforce, materials, and basic inventory
- Troubleshoot fabrication/welding issues
Requirements
- 5-10 years in fabrication / SS manufacturing
- Robust TIG welding knowledge (must)
- Ability to read drawings and manage shopfloor independently
- Experience with polishing / finishing preferred
Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
