Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide production support to resolve technical issues related to software applications, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.

- Develop automation scripts using tools like Automic or similar technologies to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.

- Participate in incident management processes, documenting incidents, tracking progress, and communicating status updates to stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience as a Production & Support Engineer or similar role.

- Robust understanding of automation tools such as Automic or equivalent scripting languages (e.g., Python).

- Experience with incident management methodologies (e.g., ITIL) and root cause analysis techniques.

- Knowledge of Linux operating systems administration principles.
