Job Title: Product Specialist (Automotive)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist with strong experience in the Automotive industry to support product planning, launch execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional program delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, product management, marketing, sales, and customer teams to drive successful product initiatives from concept through launch and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including product planning, launch execution, and post-launch support.
- Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and customer requirements.
- Drive product launch readiness activities and ensure timelines are met.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, approvals, and status reviews.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
- Conduct product validation, quality reviews, and audits to ensure deliverable accuracy.
- Support go-to-market initiatives and product communication activities.
- Track product performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and identify automation opportunities.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and regular status reporting.

Mandatory Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Product Delivery, or Program Management.
- Automotive industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience working with Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or Automotive Engineering organizations.




- Solid understanding of automotive product development and launch processes.
- Experience managing multiple product initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in customer-facing or client-facing roles.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Product Management certification, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience with digital products, SaaS platforms, PLM, PIM, or connected vehicle ecosystems.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience driving digital transformation or AI-enabled product initiatives.
