Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, logical, and highly analytical Product Pricing Executive with 3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will work directly under the Director, taking full ownership of product costing models, profit margins, and mathematical pricing structures.

The ideal candidate possesses advanced, hands-on MS Excel skills and a sharp, process-oriented mindset. A basic understanding of textile products and manufacturing processes is a significant advantage. This position offers a seasoned professional the unique opportunity to work closely with top leadership and directly impact business profitability.

Role & responsibilities :

- Pricing Calculations: Manage and execute accurate mathematical calculations to determine raw material costing, profit margins, and final product pricing.
- Data Management: Build, maintain, and audit complex product pricing sheets and data models using MS Excel.
- Process Adherence: Strictly follow operational instructions, formatting guidelines, and strategic workflows provided by the Director.
- Executive Collaboration: Partner directly with the Director to execute pricing updates, generate financial reports, and identify cost discrepancies.
- Operational Understanding:



Map and align internal production processes with pricing strategies to optimize overall business margins.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: Exactly 3 years of experience in a data-driven, costing, commercial, or pricing operations role.
- Excel Skills: Expert-level, hands-on experience with MS Excel (Advanced formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and large data set management).
- Mathematical Aptitude: Superior command over numbers, complex percentage calculations, profit margins, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Soft Skills: Highly logical thinker with a process-oriented mindset and a proven track record of executing accurate instructions.
- Mobility: Based in Mumbai with the ability to work from Andheri daily, and travel to Vashi occasionally as required.
- Industry Advantage: Prior exposure to or a basic understanding of textile processes, fabrics, or garments is highly preferred.
