Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product & Marketing Manager to drive product strategy, technical marketing, and business growth for our Medium Voltage (MV) Protection Relays and Power Quality Solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in electrical power distribution, protection systems, product management, and market development.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete product lifecycle, portfolio strategy, and market development for MV Protection Relays and Power Quality Solutions.
- Develop product positioning, pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and go-to-market plans.
- Provide technical support on relay selection, protection coordination, protection schemes, and application engineering.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and pricing analysis.
- Support sales teams through product training, technical presentations, and customer consultations.
- Develop product catalogues, technical presentations, marketing collateral, case studies,



and product literature.
- Build relationships with utilities, EPC contractors, electrical consultants, OEMs, panel builders, and industrial customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth and market share expansion.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–15 years of experience in Protection Relays, Power Quality Solutions, MV Systems, or the Electrical Power Distribution industry.
- Solid technical knowledge of MV Protection Relays and application engineering.
- Experience in protection coordination and relay selection.
- Knowledge of feeder, transformer, motor, and generator protection schemes.
- Understanding of power quality analysis and mitigation solutions, including harmonic filters, APFC systems, and power quality monitoring.
- Knowledge of competitor products from ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric, SEL, GE, NR Electric, or other leading electrical brands.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in product management, technical marketing, or business development within the electrical industry is preferred.
