The role

Why should a traveller choose this holiday, use this feature or take the next step? Your job is to make the answer clear. Turn customer insight into sharp positioning, useful content and launches that drive adoption and bookings.

What you will own

- Listen to travellers and sales teams, study alternatives, and identify the customer problem behind each product or destination offering.
- Turn those insights into positioning, landing page copy, FAQs and sales materials that explain why an offering matters and why travellers should choose it.
- Take launches from brief to execution with product, performance, CRM, design and sales; keep messaging consistent across the journey.
- Find where customers hesitate,



test clearer messages and use adoption and conversion data to improve the next launch.
- Maintain launch checklists and report what customers understood, adopted and purchased.

What we are looking for

- Strong writing, research and coordination skills with examples of marketing work.
- Comfort analysing funnel data and learning product analytics tools.
- Ability to explain a customer benefit clearly and distinguish positioning from feature descriptions.
- Experience with consumer products, travel or sales assisted businesses is helpful.

How success will be measured Launch execution, messaging test results, feature adoption and conversion for assigned initiatives.
