About the Role

Zuppler is looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to help bring our products, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives to life.

This role will work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop positioning, brainstorm campaigns, shape go-to-market initiatives, and support broader brand and growth priorities. From there, you’ll be expected to independently take projects from concept through execution, launch, and performance review.

The ideal candidate combines product marketing, B2B SaaS, lifecycle marketing, CRM, content, and solid project ownership with the judgment to know when to collaborate and when to move independently.

What You’ll Do

- Turn product capabilities into clear positioning, messaging, and value propositions for restaurant and partner audiences.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products, features, partnerships, and offers.
- Independently manage marketing projects from initial brief through execution, launch, and follow-up.
- Create product marketing materials including one-pagers, sales collateral, presentations, proposals, landing pages, email campaigns, webinars, and launch materials.
- Own ongoing brand and content initiatives, including blogs, newsletters, website content, case studies, and other customer-facing materials.
- Build and execute CRM campaigns, lead nurture programs, lifecycle communications, segmentation, and automated workflows.
- Manage campaigns across Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, and other marketing platforms.
- Support product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
- Support and execute organic growth initiatives designed to increase awareness, website traffic, and inbound lead generation.

- Support sales enablement projects by translating business needs into clear, usable marketing assets and campaigns.
- Work with Product teams to understand upcoming products and features and translate them into compelling customer-facing messaging and GTM materials.
- Step into partner marketing execution when additional support is needed, including campaigns, communications, webinars, and enablement materials.
- Create campaign copy, landing page copy, product messaging, email content, and other marketing materials.
- Build and manage simple web pages and landing pages in Squarespace.
- Create and adapt marketing assets in Canva and other available tools.
- Use AI and LLM-based tools to improve research, ideation, content development, campaign execution, and marketing workflows.
- Track campaign and funnel performance and use results to inform future execution.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining deadlines, quality, and consistency across channels.

What We’re Looking For

- 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or a related field.
- Strong experience taking marketing projects from concept through execution with minimal day-to-day oversight.
- Hands-on experience with product positioning, messaging, go-to-market campaigns, and sales enablement.
- Experience building and executing CRM campaigns, segmentation, nurture programs, and marketing automation workflows.
- Strong B2B writing skills with the ability to create clear, persuasive copy across email, web, sales collateral, presentations, and long-form content.
- Experience managing content across multiple formats, including blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and product marketing materials.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to independently organize timelines, deliverables, and next steps.
- Ability to translate strategic direction into practical marketing execution.
- Comfortable owning both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across marketing initiatives.

- Experience using campaign and funnel performance to evaluate results and improve future marketing activity.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Comfortable collaborating with Product, Sales, Account Management, and leadership as projects require.
- Comfortable using AI and LLM-based tools as part of everyday marketing workflows.

Tools You May Work With Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Projects, Canva, Squarespace, LLM-based tools, analytics and reporting tools, and Zuppler's proprietary restaurant marketing technology.

Experience with every platform is not required, but candidates should be comfortable learning new marketing technology and independently building within marketing systems.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

- B2B SaaS or restaurant technology
- Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market initiatives
- CRM and lifecycle marketing
- Sales enablement
- Organic lead generation
- Product adoption, cross-sell, or upsell programs
- Account-based marketing
- Marketing automation
- Website and landing page management
- Content marketing and brand development
- Partner or channel marketing
- AI-assisted marketing workflows
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology setting

What Success Looks Like You’ll collaborate across teams to develop strategies and brainstorm new approaches, then independently own projects from concept through execution, launch, and performance analysis.

Success in this role means being able to take a marketing objective, determine what needs to be built, execute the work, keep the project moving, and deliver a finished result without requiring constant direction.
