QUALIFICATION:

MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred

JOINING:

Immediate joiners preferred

KEY RESPONSIITIES:

- Support new product development and end-to-end product launch activities.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

- Monitor product performance, sales trends, and market developments.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D;, Packaging, Quality, Production, and Sales.

- Gather, analyse, and present customer and market feedback.

- Support product marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.

- Prepare product-related MIS, presentations, reports, and performance updates.

- Assist in identifying new product categories, market opportunities, and avenues for growth.

KEY SKILLS:





- Robust communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

- Good market research and analytical capabilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Understanding of product and brand management principles.

- Strong follow-up, execution, and project coordination skills.

- FMCG industry experience preferred.
