Product Manager — Derivatives & Trading Platform

About the role

You'll own the F&O; trading experience on Riise — the order placement flow, option chain, strategy tooling, margin and payoff surfaces that active traders live in every day. This is a high-ownership role on a platform where a 200ms delay or a confusing margin number is a lost trade and a lost customer. You will work alongside trading, risk, RMS, surveillance and compliance teams, and ship inside a regulatory environment that changes faster than most.

What we're looking for

1. 3–6 years in product management, with at least 2 in broking, trading, wealth or capital markets fintech.
2. Working knowledge of options. You should be comfortable discussing Greeks, implied volatility, open interest and OI change, volatility skew, and common strategies — spreads, straddles, strangles, iron condors, calendars — and know how each behaves as expiry approaches.



We will ask about this in the interview.
3. Fluency in Indian market structure: NSE/BSE segments, expiry cycles, settlement, physical delivery of stock F&O;, margin frameworks, and the SEBI circulars that shape all of it.
4. Strong data instincts — comfortable in SQL and an analytics tool, able to size an chance and read a funnel without waiting on an analyst.
5. Clear written thinking. PRDs that engineers can build from and that compliance can sign off on.
6. Ability to operate with ambiguity across many stakeholders, including senior business and risk leadership.
