Role Description The Product Manager Intern role is an on-site internship based in Bhubaneswar. The intern will support product discovery and planning by gathering requirements from internal stakeholders and clients, conducting market and user research, and contributing to feature definition and prioritization.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in drafting product specifications, collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams, and helping maintain product roadmaps and backlogs. The intern will participate in product reviews,



track progress against milestones, and help analyze product performance using qualitative and quantitative data. This role also involves preparing documentation, presentations, and reports that support product decisions and communication across teams.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct structured market, user, and competitive research and synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data to support product decisions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting product requirements.
- Interest in AI, cloud technologies, and modern software products; familiarity with product management concepts and agile practices is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, business, computer science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn from feedback and iterate quickly.
- Prior internship, project, or campus experience related to technology products, startups, or consulting is a plus.
