Education Preference

1. B.Tech / Engineering degree from IITs or other premier/top-tier institutes preferred
2. Candidates from Tier-1 engineering institutes with strong analytical and systems thinking background preferred
3. MBA / Post Graduation from reputed institutes is an added advantage

About the Opportunity

We are building the next generation of digital onboarding and customer lifecycle platforms across EKYC, eModification, Account Opening, and Intelligent Customer Journeys. This is not a conventional Product Owner role.You will work at the intersection of:

Core Skills Required

1.



AI & Modern Product Thinking (Important) - Understand how AI can improve customer journeys, decisioning, monitoring, and operations
2. Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and platform workflows
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
4. Experience with product documentation, BRDs/PRDs, workflows, and edge cases
5. Understanding of product analytics, event tracking, and customer funnels
6. Experience working in Agile product environments with Engineering & QA teams
7. Strong stakeholder management and execution ownership

We are specifically looking for candidates who:

1. Are comfortable using AI tools for product discovery, workflow optimization, analytics, and execution
2. Can think in terms of intelligent systems, automation, and data-driven product evolution
3. Stay updated with contemporary AI-first product practices and tooling

Preferred Experience

1. Fintech / BFSI / Broking / Banking products
2. EKYC, onboarding, payments, lending, or compliance-driven journeys
3. Product analytics platforms (CleverTap, Firebase, Mixpanel, DataDog, etc.)
4. Platform products, workflow systems, or operational automation
5. Exposure to AI-assisted workflows or intelligent monitoring systems
