We are looking for a Product Manager for our Fintech Organization for Gurgaon Location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Partner with business, operations, and technology teams to identify high-impact product opportunities.

- Define product vision, roadmaps, success metrics, and prioritize initiatives based on value and ROI.

- Manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and agile ceremonies.

- Lead AI-driven initiatives including document intelligence, workflow automation, and decision-support systems.

- Collaborate with engineering, AI, and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery and quality outcomes.

- Track project progress, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and remove blockers.

- Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.

- Support experimentation, pilot programs, and scalable AI solution deployment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, AI, QA, Operations, and Business Stakeholders.

- Provide direction and prioritization to project teams throughout the product lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors or masters degree in business, Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 8 years of Product Management experience.

- Minimum 2 years of experience delivering AI or LLM-powered products.

- Experience managing agile product development environments.

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and product delivery.

- Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

- Experience in FinTech, Banking, Mortgage, Payments, or other regulated industries preferred.

- Understanding of SQL, Vector Databases, and AI/ML concepts is advantageous.
