About the Role We are looking for a Sr.

Executive Product Life

Cycle (PLC) to manage and drive product portfolio performance throughout the product life cycle. The role will be responsible for product performance analysis, product launch and EOL management, market and competition analysis, and coordination with internal teams to support business and sales strategy. The position requires strong analytical, planning, execution and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to convert market and product insights into actionable business plans.

Product

Portfolio &

- Life Cycle Management • Track and analyse product targets and performance across different price segments.
- Manage products across the complete life cycle, including NPL, Regular, Stable and PD/EOL stages.
- Conduct product-line analysis and maintain internal performance tracking.
- Prepare periodic business reviews and action plans based on performance against targets.
- Monitor high-end and below-15K product portfolios and support strategy implementation.
- Market &
- Competition Analysis • Analyse competitor pricing, market segments and market share.
- Track competitor brand share and identify areas of weakness and opportunity.
- Analyse competitor product lines and changing market conditions.
- Develop internal product action plans based on external market developments. 3.

Product Performance

Reviews • Prepare weekly and monthly product performance reviews.
- Track key business/product indices.
- Review product performance and special projects.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans. 4.

New Product

Launch &
- Key Event Management • Track key indices and performance during new product launches.
- Support implementation of product targets and strategies across X/V/Y series.
- Manage product-related projects and launch activities.
- Coordinate demo, stock and WOD strategies.




- Support pre-booking, Super Week and hot-sales strategies.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.
- EOL &
- Price Management • Track safety stock for EOL products.
- Prepare zone-wise analysis reports and action plans.
- Support EOL reviews and execution of action plans.
- Analyse internal and external factors impacting price-drop decisions.
- PSI &
- Channel Stock Management • Analyse product stock requirements and communicate purchase requirements.
- Track JMEPL, MD and market/WOD stock.
- Coordinate with channels on primary sales strategy, analysis and stock requirements.
- Communicate and follow up on channel stock strategies.
- Cross-Functional Coordination • Coordinate with Terminal, Market Strategy, Affordability, Branding, SS, Channel and Sales teams.
- Communicate monthly main-push model and terminal strategies.
- Support sales-team simulations and product sales strategy.
- Analyse competition and develop action plans for key business events.
- Manage branch product-score projects.
- Team &
- Capability Development • Support training and development on operational and technical product knowledge.
- Track and manage team KPIs.
- Drive mindset development and BPL strategy communication.
- Build product-operation knowledge and qualified skills.

Candidate Profile

Education • Post-Graduation / MBA, preferably in Sales &
- Marketing.

Experience • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Product Life Cycle Management and Sales Strategy is preferred. Knowledge • Strong understanding of latest competition strategies and product life cycle management.
- Understanding of internal and external business rhythms and strategy development.
