Position: Product Implementation and Software Support Executive

Job Role:

- Provide International client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, Phone and Remote support
- Able to do Software Installation Remotely at customer PC
- Remote Troubleshooting of the customer queries
- Handling the technical query phone calls
- Conducting Product / Application online training for our customers
- Responsible for taking Inbound Calls of Potential customers
- Able to provide best-in-class customer service and resolution to customer queries

Skills Required:

- Communicate fluently in English (Both written and verbal- Compulsory)
- Understanding of UK accent an added advantage.
- Exceptional ability to build and nurture relationships




- Excellent ability to communicate and work in a team
- Desire for a long-term career move
- Ability to stay up-to-date with latest technology
- Ready to work in UK shift timings (3 PM to 12 Midnight)
- Work From Office (Office location - Makarba, Ahmedabad)
- Alternate Saturdays off

Salary Package: Depends on skills, expertise and knowledge *If we find an extraordinarily skilled candidate we could raise the salary bar accordingly.

Qualification: BCA / MCA / BE- IT, EC, CS/ BTech- IT, CS / MSC-IT or any other department candidate interested for this profile and looking for a long term career in the same profile.

Experience: 1 to 3 years
