Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a Procurement Executive with experience in purchase, new product sourcing, vendor development and supplier management. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new suppliers, sourcing new products/materials, obtaining competitive quotations and supporting the procurement requirements of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new vendors and suppliers for various products and materials.
- Source new products and identify suitable manufacturers/suppliers as per business requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and alternative sources.
- Float RFQs, obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial terms with vendors.
- Evaluate vendors based on quality, price, delivery capability and reliability.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand product and material requirements.
- Process Purchase Requisitions,



Purchase Orders and related procurement documentation.
- Develop alternate sources to ensure competitive pricing and uninterrupted supply.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement / Sourcing / Vendor Development.
- Experience in recent product sourcing and new vendor development is preferred.
- Candidates from Industrial Products / Engineering anufacturing / Mechanical Components / Lifting Equipment / Crane Components / Steel & Wire Rope / Marine & Port related industries would be preferred.
- Good understanding of RFQ, quotation comparison, purchase orders and commercial negotiations.
- Strong vendor identification, negotiation and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
