About Relic Property Development

Relic Property Development is engaged in real estate development and construction, with a focus on quality, productive execution, and value creation. We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing operations, vendor relationships, material sourcing, and cost optimisation across our projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, services, and project-related supplies.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, credit periods, delivery schedules, and contractual terms.
- Obtain and compare quotations, prepare comparative statements, and recommend suppliers for approval.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, accounts, and management to ensure timely material availability.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders (POs), work orders, and procurement documentation.
- Monitor material quality, delivery timelines, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
- Maintain procurement records, track project budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with approved specifications, internal procurement procedures,



and authorisation processes.
- Track pending deliveries, outstanding orders, and material requirements across multiple project sites.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably 5–8 years of relevant procurement experience, including experience in real estate or construction.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, costing, and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, market rates, and supplier networks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation; experience with ERP or procurement software is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and supplier relationships effectively.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
