Procrurement Manager is responsible for assisting in forecasting based on demands and trends of business. Accordingly assits in creation of plan to procure - Logistics Services and Warehosing in a timely and cost effective way; timely manner while maintaining appropriate standards and specifications.

Procurement

Manager assists in services of Inbound, Outbound Logistics buying strategy that takes into account the company budget and necessary supplies and then they find matching service providers.

Role & responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

•'Assist in developing and implements procurement plans and strategies to support business needs

'•Assist in defininig category procurement strategy - align with overall strategy and be an enabler

'•Assist in creating a buying strategy that takes into account the company budget and necessary supplies and then they find matching vendors. Primary, Secondary Freight, Warehousing Spend. (Incl. ExIm Spend).

Project & Operations Management '

- Liaising with key stakeholders to determine their product needs

'• Performing all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management

'•Delegating tasks and supervising the work of Purchasing and Procureement across all departments

'• Identifying areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results

'•Leading a team of Purchasing Agents and delegate tasks across departments when necessary

'• Managing overall direction, coordination and evaluation of procurement for the organisation

'• Developing solid relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business

'• Creating policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation

'• Partnering with teams within the clients operations to validate and manage SLAs and govern supplier contracts





'•To undertake vendor management activities and procedures to ensure that the department has the necessary inventory to meet the production schedule under the direction of the team leader

'•To monitor suppliers delivery and quality performance to achieve predetermined targets, and where '•necessary drive creative performance improvement initiatives

'•To liaise with internal contacts within the department to ensure effective processes are used, using knowledge gained to ensure a first class service is provided by suppliers / vendors and OEMs

Financial

. Manage the procurement to achieve variable cost productivity, cash flow, and controllership goals

. Manage supplier selection, development, and overall supplier management

. Assiste in developong negotiation strategies and lead negotiations to achieve stated goals and objectives in accordance with the overall business strategyz

. Resopnsible to ensure PO / Invoice documentation and commercial through financial tracking

. Manages creation of spend analysis, supplier development, supplier negotiations and contract implementation to meet overall deflation and productivity objectives within the assigned commodities

. Manages cost-out on assigned buy via negotiation, redesigns, DMP (Direct Material Productivity), sub-tier component cost reductions utilization of tools such as e-auctions, Should-Cost analysis, Data Analytic and benchmarking

People Management

Work with Partners, vendors and Supply chain , Procurement team to execute sourcing events, and drive organizational processes and compliance.

Work with cross functional teams including IT, engineering, marketing and sales, supply chain, manufacturing, human resources and suppliers through the full project life cycle

1. In Depth exposure to FMCG Market - product and material understanding
2. Handled Logistics & Warehousing Procurement

3. SAP knowledge must have
