Intuitive Research & Development Pvt. Ltd. (IRDPL) is looking for a Procurement Executive to manage purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and procurement documentation.

? Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement of materials, components, tools, and equipment.

Source and evaluate vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery.

Request and compare quotations and negotiate with suppliers.

Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement records.

Coordinate with suppliers for order status, delivery, and follow-ups.

Maintain purchase, stock, invoice, and vendor records in Tally ERP.

Verify purchase invoices, GRNs, and supporting documents.

Coordinate with accounts and stores for material receipt and payments.

Maintain vendor database and procurement documentation.





Track inventory requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.

? Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase.

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime is mandatory.

Good knowledge of Purchase Orders, Invoices, GRN, Vendor Management & Inventory.

Valuable negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel.

Engineering/manufacturing industry experience will be an advantage.
