Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Store Engineer to manage end-to-end procurement, vendor coordination, inventory control, and store operations. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing electronic, electrical, and mechanical components, managing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

- Source electronic, electrical, mechanical, and customized components from approved suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, conduct techno-commercial comparisons, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Finance, and Project teams.
- Manage material receipt, GRN, stock verification, inventory records, and material issuance.
- Maintain minimum/maximum stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.




- Identify alternative suppliers for obsolete and long-lead-time components.
- Maintain procurement documentation, material traceability, and audit records.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100D, ISO 9001, and company procedures.
- Coordinate logistics, transportation, and urgent material requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Procurement Engineering and Stores.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, aerospace, defence, EMS, or industrial automation.
- Knowledge of electronic components and industrial materials.
- Experience with Tally ERP and import procurement.
- Electronics Engineering background preferred.
