Role & responsibilities

Roles and Responsibility

- Create training and development programs / plans for specific LOB

- Responsible for New hire training (end to end)

- Coordination for refresher training bases TNI's. Refresher training with efficacy mapping

- Track and improve post training effectiveness

- Responsible for Floor training based on TNI (end to end)

- Manage PKTs & all Knowledge assessments

- Consult with TL's/peers & RM to identify and drive process improvement initiatives

- Participate in calibration session within the team and with Quality / Operations when required

- Closely work with Operations and get their input/feedback as to where are the shortcomings in the process

Preferred Competencies

- Valuable command over spoken and written English

- Candidate should be ready to work in a 24*7 environment

- Highly energetic and self-motivated
