We are hiring a Process Trainer AR with strong experience in US Healthcare RCM, Hospital Billing AR, and EPIC. EPIC experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training for US Healthcare Hospital Billing AR processes.
- Train associates on AR follow-up, insurance calling, claim status, denials, appeals, and account resolution.
- Provide hands-on training on EPIC and AR workflows.
- Train on IP/OP AR, denial management, timely filing, eligibility, authorization, and payer processes.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, assessments, and process guides.
- Conduct knowledge checks, mock calls, nesting, and certification.
- Provide coaching, floor support, and refresher training.
- Coordinate with Operations, QA, and SMEs to identify and close knowledge gaps.

Requirements

- 3-8 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM / Hospital Billing AR.
- Mandatory EPIC experience.
- Robust knowledge of AR, Denial Management, Insurance Follow-up, and Payer Processes.
- Prior experience in Process Training / New Hire Training / OJT / Nesting.
- Excellent communication, presentation,



and coaching skills.
- Develop and maintain training modules, presentations, process guides, SOPs, job aids, quizzes, and assessments.
- Update training content based on process changes, client requirements, payer updates, and operational feedback.
- Create scenario-based assessments to evaluate practical AR knowledge.
- Maintain training documentation and knowledge repositories.
