- Lead and manage overall Plant IT operations ensuring high availability of IT infrastructure and systems.

- Provide reliable IT support for plant operations including network, servers, end-user devices, CCTV, access control, and plant applications.

- Ensure minimal downtime through proactive monitoring, preventive maintenance, and timely incident resolution.

- Coordinate with plant operations, engineering, and corporate IT teams to support production and business continuity.

- Manage IT incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Oversee vendor management, AMC coordination, and service delivery performance.

- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, audits, and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain asset inventory, documentation, backup, and disaster recovery readiness.

- Lead and mentor onsite IT support staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Support implementation of current IT projects, upgrades, and digital initiatives within the plant.
