Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer specializing in water treatment systems, including RO (Reverse Osmosis), WTP (Water Treatment Plant), STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), and ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant). The candidate will be responsible for process design, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and ensuring the efficient operation of water treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop process flow diagrams (PFDs) and process flow schemes for water treatment plants.

- Prepare process calculations, equipment sizing, and technical specifications.

- Handle RO system design, installation, erection, and commissioning.

- Coordinate with design, production, purchase, and project teams for timely project execution.

- Conduct site inspections and supervise installation and commissioning activities.

- Troubleshoot process-related issues and recommend suitable corrective actions.

- Monitor system performance and optimize treatment processes for efficiency.

- Prepare technical documents, operating procedures, and commissioning reports.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.





- Provide technical support to service and maintenance teams.

- Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding technical requirements.

Educational Qualification

- B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.

- Diploma holders with relevant water treatment experience may also be considered.

Experience

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in water treatment systems.

- Strong experience in RO system design, erection, installation, and commissioning is preferred.

- Experience with WTP, STP, and ETP systems will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RO systems and water treatment processes.

- Ability to read and interpret PFDs, P&IDs;, and technical drawings.

- Knowledge of pumps, membranes, dosing systems, filters, and related equipment.

- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Solid communication and project coordination skills.

- Willingness to travel to customer sites for installation and commissioning.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
