We are seeking an experienced, proactive Process Development Manager from the IT Software industry to streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, problem-solving, and process management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, review, and improve internal business processes and operational workflows.
- Identify process gaps, implement corrective measures, and improve overall efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Sales, and Technical Support departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor invoices, billing processes, payment follow-ups, and operational reports.
- Track sales follow-ups, pending tasks, and departmental deliverables.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure process compliance.
- Monitor team performance, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Resolve operational challenges and facilitate effective communication between departments.
- Prepare reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend process improvements.




- Support management in planning, implementing, and monitoring business improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Prior experience in Process Management, Business Operations, Process Development, or Operations Management.
- Experience in the IT Software industry is preferred.
- Solid leadership, team management, and coordination skills.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and improve existing workflows.
- Knowledge of business processes, reporting, and SOP development.
