We are looking for Pre-Authorization Trainees to join our US Healthcare team. The role involves insurance verification, patient pay estimates, and obtaining pre-authorizations for multiple medical specialties.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify patient insurance details with insurance carriers.
- Obtain accurate insurance information over the phone.
- Handle pre-authorization requests for different specialties.
- Communicate professionally with insurance representatives.
- Ensure all information is accurate and compliant.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Good telephone etiquette and ability to build rapport.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Valuable typing and data-entry skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with speed and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and good teamwork.
- Willingness to work in a night shift.

Preferred Experience
- 0–1 year experience in a US Calling / US Healthcare / International BPO process will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
