We are hiring skilled Mechanics for printing and packaging production facilities in Croatia. The role involves maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of printing machinery to ensure smooth operations, reduced downtime, and high production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventive servicing on printing machinery and related equipment

- Diagnose and rectify mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system faults to minimize operational downtime
- Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities during scheduled shutdowns
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, spare parts usage, and maintenance history
- Follow all safety standards, company policies, and operational protocols
- Assist in installation, alignment, and calibration of new or upgraded printing machinery




- Provide technical recommendations to improve equipment performance and long-term reliability

Salary:2.4LPA-3LPA Per Month

Requirements

Education

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field

Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in printing machinery, printing technology, or a similar production environment

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on safety and quality standards
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented production workplace

Language & Computer Skills

- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Basic computer skills for digital work orders, safety applications, and maintenance tracking software
