About Us

Akruti Print Solutions specialises in commercial printing and packaging. We are looking for an experienced Komori Machine Operator who can independently operate the press and consistently deliver high-quality printing.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate the Komori offset printing machine as per job specifications.

- Handle make-ready, plate mounting, paper feeding, registration and ink adjustments.

- Ensure accurate colour matching and consistent print quality throughout each job.

- Check job cards, paper specifications and required quantities before printing.

- Identify and correct printing defects while minimising paper wastage.

- Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication and maintenance.

- Report mechanical issues and coordinate with the maintenance team.

- Maintain job records, including printed quantities, wastage and machine downtime.





- Follow safety procedures and keep the machine and work area clean.

- Coordinate with prepress and the production supervisor to meet delivery schedules.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous hands-on experience operating Komori sheet-fed offset printing machines is essential.

- Ability to independently manage machine setup, printing and routine troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of paper types, inks, colour matching and print quality checks.

- Experience in commercial printing or packaging printing is preferred.

- Solid attention to detail and a responsible approach to machine care.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
