- During the initial 2 weeks, the selected candidate will be required to work 6 days a week from the Hyderabad office (WFO) to support onboarding, product understanding, and team integration.
- After the initial 2 weeks, the work arrangement will become adaptable, with the option to Work From Home on Saturdays.




- Candidates currently outside Hyderabad should be open to relocating to Hyderabad.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Hyderabad office as required by the business.

Role Overview The Principal Engineer & Architect will serve as the highest technical authority within the Engineering organization. The role requires a hands-on technology leader who can design, build, and scale secure healthcare technology platforms while remaining actively involved in architecture, development, code reviews, technical problem-solving, and mentoring.
