Role Summary

Lead the development of advanced AI, Machine Learning, GenAI, and Data Science solutions to drive scientific research, healthcare analytics, and business innovation. Act as a technical leader, partnering with cross-functional teams to build scalable, production-ready AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deploy AI/ML, GenAI, and advanced analytics solutions.
- Build predictive models using structured, unstructured, and multimodal datasets.
- Develop data science platforms, AI workflows, and decision-support systems.
- Collaborate with scientists, researchers, clinicians, and business stakeholders.
- Drive innovation through emerging technologies, publications, and thought leadership.
- Ensure model governance, quality, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Mentor and guide data science teams.

Must-Have Skills

- 8-15+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML,



Advanced Analytics, or Computational Research.
- Solid expertise in Python and R/SAS.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Predictive Modeling, Statistical Analysis.
- Experience with GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Vector Databases, Knowledge Graphs, AI Copilots.
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, Databricks, Spark.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience delivering solutions in regulated or enterprise environments.
