Job Summary

We are looking for a Principal Consultant RPA & Agentic AI to lead technical delivery across Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Generative AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise automation solutions.

The role involves technical leadership, automation architecture, AI solution development, delivery ownership, client engagement, and building a high-performing automation team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of RPA, Agentic AI, and enterprise automation projects.
- Design scalable automation architectures using UiPath and other automation platforms.
- Build AI agents using LLMs, APIs, RAG, and frameworks such as UiPath Agent Builder, Maestro, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel.
- Establish automation standards, governance, security protocols, and Centre of Excellence (CoE).
- Track delivery KPIs, bot performance, exception rates, productivity gains, and ROI.
- Lead solution design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and automation components.
- Support pre-sales, client presentations, solution demos, and proof of concepts.
- Mentor technical teams and drive hiring, skills development, and certifications.

Mandatory Skills




- 10+ years of experience in software development, automation, or technology consulting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading RPA or automation delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath.
- Working knowledge of Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Practical experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
- Experience integrating AI agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Robust understanding of automation architecture, system integration, SDLC, Agile, and testing frameworks.
- Proven technical leadership, team mentoring, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership.

Good to Have
- UiPath Agent Builder, Maestro, Document Understanding, or Intelligent Document Processing.
- Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Azure, or AWS.
- DevOps, CI/CD, Git, and automation pipelines.
- Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE) implementation.
- AI governance, responsible AI, GDPR, or EU AI Act knowledge.
- Enterprise-scale automation and international client experience.
