Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain PLC programs using Siemens S7 series controllers.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PLC programming, HMI interfaces, SCADA systems, and machine automation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and implement solutions using automation technologies.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as firmware updates, configuration changes, and data logging on programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all aspects of work.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in PLC programming/troubleshooting or related field.

- Diploma/ITI degree in Electronics/Instrumentation & Control Engineering or equivalent qualification.

- Proficiency in programming languages like Ladder Logic/Function Block Diagrams/Structured Text/SEL.

- Robust understanding of industrial automation concepts including machine control systems, sensors/transducers/actuators/servo drives etc.
